Installation of loading and unloading arm
The process of installation:
Move the loading and unloading arm to surface of trestle, use 4 M20 of bolts to fix the backplane of column on the predetermined positionof of the trestle, connect the tubing from reserved joint of the main pipeline with loading and unloading arm, install the attchment, debug the machine. |

Option of loading and unloading arm
Optional of form:
loading and unloading of common liquid medium of low volatile, non-hazardous, it could use open type.
Laoding and unloading liquid medium which has volatible and a certain value of recovery, it could use closed type of gas loop.
Loading and unloading liquid medium which is easy to burn and explode and bad to people¡¯s health, it could use closed type of gas loop with sealing cap.
Liquid medium which is poor mobility and needing to keep the temperature could use hot casing with heat tracing type.
Optional of attachments and parts:
In the range of operation and needed to be locked in a location, outer arm of loading and unloading arm could install locking rod.
Liquid medium which is easy to burn, explode and produce electrostatic needs to install electrostatic system and insulation flange.
Liquid medium which is easy to pruduce electrostatic could use automatic flexing bushing with shunt cap.
After finishing the loading and unloading , in order to keep residue, we could install a stop valves deadlin valve in the appropriate position.
Optional of left and right side type:
According to field conditions, to choice left side type or right side type of loadin and unloading arm for convenient.
Staff facing to tanker, if he or she is left-hander, he or she could choice to left side type of loading and unloading arm.
Staff facing to tanker, if he or she is right-hand, he or she could choice to right side type of loading and unloading arm.
